Learned Advocate Mr. Arora makes a statement that he has instructions to appear for respondent No.2-acquiring body. He may file his Vakalatnama on or before 06.09.2019.

Both the applications have been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 53 and 59 days condoned respectively. Learned AGP as well as learned Advocate for respondent No.2 vehemently opposes the applications on the ground that the reasons those have been mentioned, are not sufficient and reasonable. However, taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are the persons whose land have been acquired and for the reasons mentioned in
987-ca-6565-18.doc paragraph No.5 of the applications, the delay in both the applications stand condoned.

Both the applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.

It is clarified that the respective applicants will not be entitled to get interest of 53 and 59 days in case of success to their appeals.
