The petitioner is raising objection to the order passed by the Returning Officer directing acceptance of nomination paper of Respondent No.1.

The programme of election has reached the stage of withdrawal of candidatures. In this view of the matter, no interference is called for. Keeping open option to the petitioner to raise challenge to the outcome of election at an appropriate stage, if deemed necessary, writ petition stands dismissed.
