Perused the translation of the bailiff report supplied by the office. It states that the notice is served to respondent No.1. 2.

Present application has been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 292 days condoned in filing first appeal. 3.

Learned Advocate Mr. Bodade and learned Advocate Mr. R.A. Karwa holding for learned Advocate Mr. Totala for respondent No.4 strongly objects the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are almost senior citizens, coming from rural area, who were seeking compensation on account of death of their daughter; leniency is shown, delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for further consideration on 04.12.2019.
