The applicants desire that they should be removed from the array of respondents in Writ Petition No. 15304/2017 and be transposed, not in place of the earlier petitioners, but be arrayed alongwith them as the petitioners since all of them desire to conduct the Writ Petition together. Ground set out is that they were together before the Honourable Minister. 2.

I do not find that the requirements of Order 23 Rule 1A of the Code of Civil Procedure have been satisfied for permitting such transposition. These applicants can continue to participate in the Writ petition as respondents.
