Learned AGP states that tribe claim of the petitioner is pending adjudication before respondent No.2 - Committee. In view of aforesaid, it would be expedient that respondent No.2 proceeds with verification of claim for its validity, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.12.2018 and shall abide by the schedule given by the Committee.

Till disposal of tribe claim of the petitioner, no coercive action be taken against him.
