ORAL JUDGMENT (Per S.V.Gangapurwala,J.) 1.

The learned counsel for petitioners states that, the petitioners would restrict the present writ petitions to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the representations given by the petitioners.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties.

The petitioners were working as Vasti Shala teachers. The same has been closed. The petitioners are seeking appointment as para teachers. The petitioners have given representations to that effect.

It is for the authorities to consider the claim of the petitioners, their eligibility and entitlement. 5.

In the light of that, we pass the following order. 6.

The respondents shall decide the representations filed by petitioners (Exhibit - D) in Writ Petition Nos. 2226 and 2239 of 2015 on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
