The petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 08.02.2016, passed in Writ Petition No. 269 of 2016, and further directions against respondent no. 3 to negotiate the rate of contract with all successful bidders and award contract to the lowest bidder. Period of contract itself was of one year.

In the light of that, nothing would survive for adjudication in the writ petition. The writ petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs.
