After hearing learned counsel for both sides, following consensus is arrived between the parties :

i) That the petitioner/appellant in Regular Civil Appeal No. 30/2022 shall filed private paperbook before the Appellate Court on 05.05.2025.

ii) That the learned counsel for respondents appearing before the Trial Court would verify the correctness of this private paperbook on that day itself. Any change, correction shall be intimated to the Appellate Court and accordingly, correction be 909-WP-2445-2024.odt

made in the private paperbook.

iii) That the parties shall co-operate for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

iv) That the interim relief granted by this Court shall continue till disposal of the appeal .

v) Petition, therefore, stands disposed of in above terms. vi) Appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal within a period of 3 months from today.
