ORAL ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application.

In view of the nature of the subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 80/2015 subject to condition that appellant - Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of four weeks from today. Failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the Award within ambit of law. 3.
