These are the matters, whereby, the respondents were directed to issue notification under Sub-Section 2 of Section 127 regarding dereservation under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Learned AGP places on record the copies of the notifications issued on 31.08.2023 and 20.03.2024 under Sub-Section 2 of Section 127, covering all the properties of the petitioner's involved in all these matters. The orders having been complied with. The contempt proceedings are closed.
