Learned Counsel for respondents submits that due to interim order operating, the proceeding of the case is lying stayed since January, 2017.

Perused the impugned order. The witness

6946.16crapln summons have been issued pursuant to the application moved by the original application seeking examination of witnesses in support of the case. In my view, the order passed is not liable to be interfered in exercise powers u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
