These applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeals by the claimants for enhancement in the amount of compensation.

None for respondent No.3 inspite of service of notice. Learned AGP opposes the applications. Learned AGP also filed reply. 03.

However, considering that the appeals are by the claimants who lost their property in acquisition, this Court is inclined to allow these applications.

These applications are allowed. The applicants/appellants shall file an undertaking in the main appeal that they shall not be entitled to receive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period, in-case the amount of compensation is enhanced.
