The petitioner is challenging the voters list.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, there are bogus persons in the final voters list. Illegalities are committed while finalizing the voters list. The persons from serial nos.104 to 336 in the final voters list are not the members of respondent no.6-Society, still their names are included in the voters list.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel submits that, election programme is already declared. The last date for filing nominations is also over. Now the stage has reached to the extent of withdrawal of nominations.

As the election programme has proceeded further, it would not be possible to entertain the present writ petition.

The petitioner may assail the same after elections are over in appropriate proceedings. 6.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
