Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The appeal of the Insurance Company was partly allowed and it was held by this Court that the claimant/respondent No. 1 is entitled to receive the amount of Rs.33,000/- with interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a. from the date of petition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that amount of Rs.25,000/- was deposited in this Court at the time of filing of the appeal. The learned counsel submits that no appeal is filed against the order of this court.

In view of the disposal of the appeal, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount alongwith the interest thereon subject to the general undertaking to be furnished to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The application for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
