It is submitted that the validation proceeding is still pending. However the result of the final year B.Sc. Nursing is not declared.

Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. Sant, learned advocate accepts notice for respondent No. 2.

The committee was directed to decide validation proceeding within eight months as per the order dated March 23rd, 2015. It is stated that same is not yet decided, though the vigilance is

2 wp 2278.18 conducted and the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. 4.

Considering the above, we pass the following orderORDER I] The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within three (3) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12th March, 2018.

III] The respondent shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

IV] The respondent may issue mark sheets and other documents however the degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces validity certificate.

V] The petitioner will not take benefit of reservation, unless he gets the validity certificate.
