Learned AGP submits that this court has passed ad interim stay by order dated 9th July, 2021 and 12 weeks time was given to deposit entire awarded amount. Today the cheque of Rs. 15,47,201/- is ready. Hence, the learned counsel requested for extension of time for depositing the cheques and requested to direct the Registry to allow the appellants to deposit the cheques in this Court.

This Court has directed to deposit the amount, however, the appellants could not deposit the said amount within

C.A. 3605-2021 deposit cheque.odt stipulated period. Now the appellants are ready to deposit the amount by cheques and the cheques are ready, hence I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Time to deposit the cheques is extended by one week. (ii) Registry to accept the cheques from the appellants/ acquiring body without prejudice to the rights and interest of the opposite side.

(iii) Ad interim stay is continued till fnal disposal of the appeal.

(iv) Civil Application is disposed of.
