The petitioner has directly approached this Court by filing this petition, for challenging the certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 ("the said Act"). 2.

A statutory remedy in the nature of preferring a Revision Application under Section 154 read with sub-section 2A of the said Act is available to the petitioner. If the petitioner contends that he has repaid the loan amount and more that what is to be recovered from him, he is always at liberty to convince the revisional court by filing a revision petition.
