The petitioner is seeking modification of the approval granted by respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded vide communication dated 29/01/2025. 2.

In the light of the mechanism provided by the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024, the writ petition is disposed of leaving the petitioner to resort to the remedy under the Government Resolution.

If any such appeal/representation is preferred within two weeks, the authority concerned shall not refuse to entertain and consider it on its own merits on the ground of limitation prescribed under that Government Resolution.
