Mr. Chate, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 3 submits that, the Deputy Director of Education has cancelled the approval granted to the petitioner.

In view of that, the petitioner will have to assail the said order. The petitioner may assail the said order in appropriate proceedings. In case petitioner files a petition or proceedings challenging cancellation of her approval, then the petitioner is entitled to raise all the grievances as raised in the present petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
