The petitioner is taking exception to the communication whereby respondent No.4/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani has refused to forward the proposal for allotment of Shalarth I.D. to the petitioner ignoring the fact that there is approval to her appointment.

Learned advocate Mr Lonikar appears on behalf of respondent No.4/Education Officer (Primary) and on written

2590.25wp (2) communication from the latter, dated 21/02/2025, submits that the proposal would now be forwarded for further process to the Divisional Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar within fifteen days. 3.
