Mr. Mundhe, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners would be satisfied if the order is passed as passed in Writ Petition No. 3182 of 2018 dated 06.06.2019 by the Division Bench at it's Principal Seat at Bombay. 2.

Mr. Yawalkar, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also no objection for the same.

Considering unanimity amongst the learned counsel for respective parties, we dispose of the present writ petition in terms of order dated 06.06.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 3182
