PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner claim to be the member of the non-teaching staff, Class-III of Tribal Ashram School.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

The issue is no longer res integra, in view of the judgment of this Court at it's Principal Seat at Bombay in Writ Petition No.2358/2013 with other connected writ petitions under order dated 21.09.2013.

In the light of the above, we adopt the same course and pass following order.

ORDER

The respondents are directed to examine case of the petitioner for deciding whether the

(2) 18-wp-3417-2020 petitioner satisfy the criteria laid down for claiming benefits under ACPS applicable to the private aided schools under the Government Resolution dated 30.04.1998 and as modified from time to time and if it is found that, the petitioner satisfy the eligibility criteria, the respondents shall extend the benefits to the petitioner. The respondents shall scrutinize the case of the petitioner within a period of six months from today and extend the benefits as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of scrutiny of the proposal.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
