The notice was issued to the Respondents by order dated 01/12/2022. The offce note shows that, Respondent No.1 is served. None appears for Respondent No.1 despite service. 4.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application in Paragraph Nos.2, 3 and 4, the aforesaid delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - [B]. The Offce to register the Appeal.
