Leave granted to file an application for amendment. However, a copy of the charge-sheet is already filed in Criminal Application No. 1651 of 2021 and therefore, it is not necessary for the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1668 of 2021 to file a copy of the chargesheet. 7.
