The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. Initially, the same was submitted in the year 2010. The same was cancelled by the Scrutiny Committee and fresh validation proceeding is submitted after obtaining the tribe certifcate on 12th February, 2020. The last date for fling application is already over. 2.

In light of that, the directions cannot be given now for acceptance of the application.

considering the fact that initially, the validation proceedings were fled in the year 2010 and in the year 2017, the Committee has cancelled the certifcate on the ground of

2 61-WP-2862-2020 wrong spelling of the tribe in the caste certifcate. Subsequently, it has been submitted afresh.

We direct the Committee to decide validation proceedings expeditiously preferably, within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 5th March, 2020.
