After hearing learned Advocate for the applicant for some time, when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought in the Application, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the Application. However, he requested for giving direction to the trial Court to dispose of the Sessions Case No. 044/2016 within a stipulated period.

Present Application is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of Sessions Case No. 044/2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
