DATE : 09th AUGUST, 2021 PER COURT :- The writ petition is filed by the applicant-petitioner seeking modification of Government Resolution dated 23-06-2017. Under the said Government resolution, the petitioner is granted permission to run XIth and XIIth standard classes on no-grant basis instead of self finance basis. The said writ petition is pending admission. 2.

Under the present civil application, the petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to consider the representation filed on 17-122020 with the Government for modification of Government resolution dated 23-06-2017. The applicant-petitioner has prayed in this application that he may be granted permission to run XIth and XIIth standard classes on no-grant basis instead of self-finance basis.

We have also heard learned AGP for the respondents-State. 4.

As the applicant-petitioner in the present application only seeks direction to decide the application dated 17-12-2020 for modification of Government Resolution dated 23-06-2017, we have not considered the merits of the application.

In case the proposal filed by petitioner dated 17-12-2020 (Page No. 6) is pending with the respondent-authority and if the authority has not taken decision on it, the authority concerned shall take decision upon the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy. 6.
