1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in stead of continuing the contract with the petitioner as per new rates, contract is terminated. The petitioner has given representations on 31.01.2022 and 02.02.2022 to the respondents.

3] The petitioner would press the Writ Petition to the extent of seeking direction against respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner. 4] Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents.

3014.22WP 5] In case representations dated 31.01.2022 and 02.02.2022 are filed by the petitioner with respondent no.3 and the same are pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3, if he is competent authority, shall take decision on the said representations, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within three months.

6] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
