The learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the Hon'ble Minister, School Education, has passed an order for appointment of Administrator and as such, the petitioner wants to challenge the said order by suitably amending the present Writ Petition. 2.

I have also heard the learned AGP for the State.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application and also the fact that the Writ Petition is yet to be admitted, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of accordingly. 4.
