The petitioner and his Advocate are absent.

On perusal of the petition, we found that in 2004 the petitioner was 53 years old and seeking benefit of voluntary retirement from his employer which is a Nationalized Bank. The petitioner's application seeking voluntary retirement was rejected. However, he was allowed to retire voluntarily on 3rd July, 2002. The petitioner was denied benefit of certain scheme and that is cause of action for this petition. The cause of action apparently is now stayed for about 13 years. Since the petitioner and his Advocate are absent, we assumed that they are not interested in

2 WP 1021/2004 pressing the petition. The petition stands dismissed for default.
