The proceeding is filed for challenging the order made by the Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad dated 24.12.2013. The approval to the appointment on compassionate ground is refused on the ground that only two posts are sanctioned for the School of respondents and the appointment of the petitioner will be on third post. Already it is observed that the name will be included in waiting list prepared for giving appointment on compassionate ground. As the policy of the Government, there is nothing wrong in it, the name of the petitioner is already included in waiting list and no further direction is necessary.
