Learned Advocate for the applicant/Authority submits that these civil applications were filed by way of abundant precaution to seek extension of time for making the payments of those farmers to whom such payments were not earlier made. However, the cheques were prepared and have already been paid to the concerned farmers within the time granted by this Court. These civil applications are, khs/FEB.2019/2974

- 2 - therefore, rendered infructuous.
