The writ petition was dismissed as the amendment granted vide order dated 18.1.2010 is not carried out within the time stipulated.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that, the information could not be gathered within such time. 3.

In light of the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" on condition that the applicant, as directed and allowed vide order dated 18.1.2010, is carried out on or before 30th April 2015. In case the amendment is carried out by 30th April 2015, then place the Writ Petition on 5th May 2015.
