None for the petitioner. Heard learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 to 3. He invites my attention to the impugned order dated 27/11/2012, which shows that the order of the Additional Collector, disqualifying the respondent No.4 has been set aside by the learned Additional Commissioner. This would mean that the respondent No.4 was held to be qualified to be member of the Grampanchayat for the term 2010-2015. This term is now over. Therefore, by the passage of time, this petition has been rendered infructuous. It is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
