The applicants who are the legal heirs of sole applicant - Gangadhar Narsih Gathla who admittedly died on 13.01.2021, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 678 days. There is no oppose to the application. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' by condoning the aforesaid delay subject to cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court of Bombay, Pooja K.

After the amendment is carried out issue fresh notice to respondents in the Civil Revision Application No.27 of 2012, returnable three weeks thereafter.
