The petitioner's proposal is pending with respondent No.2/scrutiny committee for validation of her 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate.

Bt a contemplation of admission against a reserved seat for a professional course through the requisite examination, she is seeking direction to the committee for early decision.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner's first degree cousin Anil Madhav Dasare possesses a certificate of validity issued in the year 2010.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the vigilance enquiry is still to be completed and the committee would decide the proposal within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/committee to decide the proposal within four months by exploring the possibility of the petitioner being called upon to file a response/adopt response filed by Anil Madhav Dasare in his own matter with the vigilance enquiry report.
