The present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 1073 days in filing criminal appeal challenging the conviction of the applicant. The applicant has been convicted by

(( 2 )) 907(A)-Cri-Apln-819-2023 the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad in Sessions Case No. 18/2018 on 09.01.2020 after holding her guilty of committing offence under Sections 302 , 201 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

It appears that the applicant was never on bail throughout the trial. Under such circumstance, since she is convict and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed of. 5.
