The application is filed for grant of leave to file appeal against the decision given in SCC No. 144/2011 which was pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Amalner. The cheque amount was of Rs. 41 lakh and the accused was the Chairman of the Society to which the loan was given by the complainant. Seen the reasoning. This Court holds that there is good arguable case. Leave needs to be granted.

So, application is allowed. Leave is granted. Appeal is admitted. Notice after admission to respondents. The learned APP waives notice for respondent No. 1/State. Notice to respondent No. 2 made returnable on 3.9.2015. Additional notice by RPAD is allowed. Hamdast allowed in respect of RPAD notice. Call record and proceeding.
