We would not entertain a Writ Petition for issuing a direction to the Sarpanch. A representation dated 09.09.2022 addressed to the Sarpanch/ Gramsevak for considering the request of the Petitioner to start a Library or Gym or Garden, is pending.

We permit the Petitioner to approach the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Ghansawangi, District Jalna, who would consider the request of the Petitioner by following the due procedure laid down in law. If the request is
