Heard learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time. When this Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant wish to withdraw the present Criminal Application. Permission granted.

The present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that direction be given for expediting the trial. Speedy trial is the right of the accused, who are behind bars. Further, Mr. B.V.Wagh, learned counsel for first informant submitted that the learned trial Court has framed Charge on 06/04/2015. In that view of the matter, learned trial court is directed to complete the trial in Sessions Case No. 265/2014 pending on the file of the Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar within a period of one year from the receipt of this Order. Learned trial Court is directed to complete the trial on day to day basis. 4.
With these observations, present Criminal Application is disposed of.
