Considering the fact the Saving Bank Account of the complainant was drained off and the handwriting expert's opinion would show that the said account holder has not withdrawn the said amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Custodial interrogation of the applicant would be required. In the circumstances, the present application is hereby dismissed.
