Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The same authority by order dated 05.02.2024 disqualified respondent No. 4 under Section 10 (1) (g) of the APMC (Election to Committee Rules 2017) and again by the order dated 09.02.2024 has stayed his own interim stay order. 3.

The contention of the petitioner is that respondent No. 2 had no review powers. If the petitioner has any objection,

16wp2695.24 if any, he may approach the authority and point out powers of the authority. The petitioner submits that he had been to his office on that day the officer was on leave. Under such circumstances the petitioner may again appear before the authority and put his submission.

The statutory remedy is available. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the authority.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

6.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach before the authority and the authority shall decide the matter at the earliest.
