The petitioner in this petition challenges the order of disqualifcation passed by the commissioner which was confrmed by the Honbble Minister in appeal.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, as the petitioner was elected in the year 2015 and the tenure of the petitioner is over in the year 2020, the petition is rendered infructous.
