All the three Petitioners have passed the TET examination after the cut off date 30th March, 2019. A solemn statement is made that all of them are not involved in the TET examination result scam.

Considering the earlier several orders passed by this Court, the learned AGP submits on instructions that both the impugned orders shall be withdrawn by the concerned authority and fresh orders would be passed within a period of 15 days, considering the various orders of this Court, viz. the order of this Court dated 7 th September, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 11121/2023 (Dattatry Devidas Sonwale & another vs. The State of Maharashtra and others).

By recording the above statement, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
