It is the contention of the petitioner that though the petitioner has filed the application on 09/10/2014 praying therefore for preparation of seniority list as per Rule 12 of the M.E.P.S.Rules, 1981, however, the said application is not yet decided. 3.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.2 to take the decision on the said application, as expeditiously as possible, however, within 6 (six) months from today.
