The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner' s proposals for correction of the staffing pattern have been pending with the respondents. It has subsequently been recognized as a minority institute on 11.06.2016 and the petitioner would be satisfied if the Education Officer is called upon to decide the petitioner's proposals dated 26.02.2016 and 01.04.2016 ( Exhibit 'E' collectively).

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to decide the petitioner's proposals (Exhibit 'E' ) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks, on its own merits. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.) (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
