We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that one intervention application was received by the Additional Deputy Registrar and hearing on the said application would be conducted on 14-03-2022. 3.

It would be appropriate for the authority to consider the application for stay on its own merits and in accordance with law on the same day i.e. on 14-03-2022.

Respondent No. 2 may consider the application for intervention on 14-03-2022 as it is suggested in the communication placed on record by the learned AGP. On the same day, respondent No. 2 shall also consider the application for stay on its own merit, of course after hearing all concerned parties.
