in place of 'Rajmani Ishwarlal Nandwani'. The learned advocate Mr. Godhamgaonkar who appears for the appellant submits that the name of the respondent No.1 has been consistently mentioned as it is mentioned in the appeal memo of the Second Appeal all through out. However, he submits that the respondents themselves are seeking correction of the name. He does not have any objection. Necessary correction is allowed to be carried out in the appeal memo.
