Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Considering the limited grievance raised in the petition, by consent, the petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage. 3.

Husband of the petitioner, while he was discharging his duties on the post of peon in respondent no. 3 - school, suffered paralytic attach and lost his life on 03.10.2014. In view of the Government policy, petitioner submitted claim/application for compassionate appointment. The claim was forwarded to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, on 01.08.2017, with positive recommendation by respondent no. 3 alongwith necessary documents. Petitioner then submitted representation/reminder to the Education Officer on 07.09.2017 with a request to decide the proposal at the earliest on the ground that petitioner is facing

{2} wp4215.19.odt financial difficulties and having burden of education of three minor children. As the proposal is pending before the authority for considerable long period, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.

In view of above referred facts, petition is disposed of with directions to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, to take decision on the proposal dated 01.08.2017, needless to state on merit, as expeditiously as possible and not later than ten weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court. 5.

Learned AGP to communicate the order to respondent no. 2 forthwith.
