On perusal of order dated 24th March, 2021, it can be seen that this Court has specifically mentioned that this application is allowed. Apparently, the Clause 1 of the operative part mentioned that the notice issued to the respondent and probably in view of the said directions, this application is shown as pending. However, from the tenor of the order and the paragraph 4 of the order and Clauses 3 to 6 of the operative order indicate that the application is allowed. Hence, this application stands disposed of.
